Note: For OAuth sign-ins, we store a URL reference to your profile picture hosted by the OAuth provider (Google or Apple). We do not upload or store the actual image file on our servers.

Gift Page Content

When you create gift pages, we store:

• Gift page titles and descriptions
• Images you upload
• Selected occasions and gift types
• Page creation and modification dates

Analytics and Usage Data

We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage data to understand how our service is used and to improve the user experience. This includes:

• Pages visited and navigation patterns
• Time spent on pages
• Device type and browser information
• General geographic location (country/region level)
• Referral sources

Additionally, we track page views and QR code scans for gift pages you create. IP addresses are hashed for privacy before storage, and this data is used solely for providing view count statistics to gift page owners.

• Create and manage your gift pages
• Authenticate your account and maintain security
• Send you service-related communications
• Improve our service and user experience

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard practices. We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all data transmission. Images are stored in secure cloud storage with restricted access. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Gift pages you create are accessible to anyone with the page URL, as this is the intended functionality of the service. We may share data with service providers who assist in operating our service (such as hosting providers and authentication services), but only to the extent necessary to provide the service.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal information
• Update or correct your information
• Delete your account and associated data
• Export your gift page data

You can manage your gift pages and delete them at any time from your dashboard. To delete your entire account, please contact us.

Cookies and Tracking

• Essential cookies: Required to maintain your session and keep you logged in
• Analytics cookies: Google Analytics sets cookies to track usage patterns and help us improve the service
• Authentication cookies: Used during OAuth sign-in with Google and Apple

We integrate with the following third-party services:

• Google OAuth: For secure Google account sign-in
• Apple Sign In: For secure Apple ID sign-in

• Supabase Storage: For secure image storage

These services have their own privacy policies and we encourage you to review them. We only share the minimum data necessary to provide functionality (such as your email address for authentication).

AI-Powered Features (Optional)

We offer optional AI-powered features to help you create gift pages. When you choose to use these features:

• Groq AI (Text Generation): When you use the AI Writing Assistant, your gift description, occasion details, and optional recipient name are sent to Groq's API to generate personalized messages. Groq does not store prompts or use them to train models.
• Hugging Face (Image Generation): When you use the AI Image Generator, your gift description and occasion details are sent to Hugging Face's Inference API to generate custom images. Hugging Face does not store prompts or train on user data.

Important notes about AI features:

• These features are completely optional and you can create gift pages without using them
• Data is only sent to these services when you actively click the generate buttons
• AI-generated content is shown to you for review and is only saved if you choose to use it
• Generated images are stored in our Supabase storage and become part of your gift page like any uploaded image
• Both AI providers process data temporarily for generation purposes only

Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
